Unfotunately, not every has heard of a cozy and small town in Portugal, called Fatima. Located approximately 140 km North from Lisbon, it is mostly famous for its beautiful Sanctuary, visited by millions of pilgrims and tourists from all around the world.

Everyone has a bucket list, so do I. What you might not know though is that I have another list of sacred sites and religious spots I want to visit before I die. One of them is world’s famous Sanctuary of Fatima.
When visiting Fatima with my mom this summer, I stayed at one of the most charming and friendliest hotels in Portugal – Ribeiro Hotel, which I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on visiting the Sanctuary of Fatima.
