This backpack is ideal for half-day hikes or simply less strenuous full days spent outside! The hydration pack works perfectly for my wife and me to share for shorter hikes, holds more than enough for longer bike rides, and makes for a great day pack for street fests or afternoons at the beach!

The pack is extremely lightweight but durable, water resistant, and has a variety of pockets to store a range of snacks and supplies! It wears very comfortably but also collapses easily into other bags when done using. The solar panel/charger do work decently well, but overall, we view the panel as more of a safety net versus relying on it fully charge anything while we're out and about. If anything, keep the charger fully juiced before starting the day and that should cover any back up you need. The panel is removable so easy to leave at home to keep out of the way.

You gotta get this! Especially if you like to ride your bike everywhere or go hiking, the battery pack can charge my galaxy s5 from 20% to 100% once. Which isn't too shabby, i usually have a second smaller one inside when i carry this around). The water pouch is usable, but do yourself a favor get a nice one from sports authority or dicks, or even Walmart(one with a cap on the mouth piece, i find mine hitting the dirt during a hike when i sit down for a rest or the floor when i set it on the ground). The bag itself has plenty of room, enough for me to pack a netbook, the charger, a small pouch of cords, the battery pack, a smaller battery pack, my go pro, and 2 granola bars on the side pocket with a pen and a knife. all fitting comfortably on my back.

I was not excited about the red but when we received it it is more a burgundy (our favorite color) It fits great not to bulky at all even on my daughter who is 5'7" 120 lbs. Very comfortable on a bike ride. The solar we have not tried but am confident it will work. We are going on a 20 hour ride and need to be able to charge on the go.

Great bag! pannel works slower than I expected, but hey it's free power so who am I to company. Power Bank is probably the game changer here. You leave the power bank out for a day and you got a full charge for the next day or whenever you need it, at a consistent decent charging speed. Wish the bank had USB C though, would all to charge both my laptop and phone at an even faster speed! Alas for now the USB a to c cable I have works fine to charge all my devices on the go.

Backpack slightly smaller than expected but still can pack a decent lunch and extra pullover for day hiking. Solar panel and charger work excellent. Was able to charge all day so that my phone worked through the night. Has two USB ports and the battery pack that draws from the solar panel holds a good charge life with items plugged in. Was even able to charge my new MacBook with the USB-C and an adapter fairly quick. No leakage from the bladder either. Overall would recommend but don't expect it to carry a ton of extras, space is limited.
