Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!

Is it 24.12 already? Oh, that means it’s CHRISTMAS time!

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we’ve no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Frightful weather? Snow? Not where Cez is…

Meanwhile in Cambodia...
Meanwhile in Cambodia…

Jealous?

You shouldn’t be. That’s the place where I am…

Although, we are celebrating Christmas on two different continents this year, we still feel like being together on this special day (many thanks to Skype inventors :)).

On this occasion, we would like to send special Christmas wishes to all our family members, friends, readers and fellow travelers.

THANK GOODNESS for skype! Christmas away from friends and fam is difficult enough even with it… I can’t believe that for the first year in Korea I didn’t have it! I remember how horrible and lonely it was to be standing in a payphone booth on the side of a frozen street, calling home the first year I was away. Wouldn’t wish that on anyone!
Hooray for skype and getting to “spend Christmas” together, even when oceans apart.
Happy Holidays to you guys, Agness and Cez!

Thanks for sharing. I know this feeling – last year I was in China away from my friends and family :-(. Thanks GOD for Skype!! We also wish you a Merry Christmas and a lot of adventures in 2013. Stay safe in Cambodia x x

Thanks goodness for Skype indeed, it certainly has made communication a lot easier and cheaper for me.

Both your locations look fabulous. I hope it is a Christmas to remember.

All the best to you both and I look forward to your tales in 2013.

Merry Christmas Sorin! I am jealous of Cez though;);) but I would not swap. The time with my family is priceless. ;) Happy New Year!

Believe me or not, I would swap with you guys! There’s nothing to be jealous of :d It’s hot, but far from the important people, which is the opposite from what one needs during the Christmas! Merry Christmas everyone and I wish you loads of boxes to unpack :D

@CEZ: this was one reason for leaving after the Christmas; staying home with the family. The second was to have a second Christmas in Ethiopia and third the flight price!

Mary, I hope you have an amazing Christmas with family, wherever you are now! Don’t ever stop and we are waiting for more stories from you in 2013. Share with us the story and photos of how you spent your Christmas! Isn’t it the time your kids were waiting for (mostly unpacking part of it)? All the best to all of you :D
